I don't usually write reviews unless my experience is either amazing or horrible. In this case absolutely horrible. Lets start from the beginning.... I called to get a quote for the fork seal replacement on my 2007 Yamaha YZF-R6 and compared that to Fay Myers, right next to my house, and a couple other local shops. All the other shops quoted me $210-$250 for the job off the bike whereas GPM quoted me $170. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment to have the forks done Friday and dropped them off Thursday afternoon just incase they could knock them out then because it was imperative they be done friday so I could put them.back on Friday night. When I dropped them off the service guy said they should have them done by end of business day that day but for sure tomorrow morning. Also when I dropped them off they presented me with paperwork stating the work would run me $250. I asked service guy why it was so high and not the $170 I was told. He said it'll cost me whatever I was quoted and my appointment listed. I left and called back Friday afternoon as I hadn't heard anything yet. The service guy said they hadn't started it yet but it would be done by the end of the day. I asked him what time and he said be there by 6pm to pick them up. I then called back a few hours latwr and acted like another customer looking to get a price quote on a fork job for the same make, model, and year bike. Once again I was quoted $170. Friday at 6pm I showed up and said I was there to pick up the forks however they were still not done. I left very unhappy as I needed the bike Saturday morning and had to cancel plans. I was called Saturday afternoon to come pick up the forks. When I got there they rang up $250. I told the service manager who was ringing me up I was told $170 when I set up the reservation. He told me it was $150 in labor and $90 in parts. I explained to him I would not of came all the way here to pay more then Fay Myers quoted me and was told $170 by the guy took my reservation as well as I called after I dropped then off to ensure the price was in fact $170 and was quoted it again. The service manager told me he didn't know why I'd be quoted $170 bevause my bike required special parts that were expensive and totaled $90 instead of the traditional $20. I told him I would be happy ro pay the $170 that was quoted but refused to pay $250. He told me he could match Fay Myers at $210 however that was still $40 more than I was told, expected, and should have to pay as well as asked for the part list and breakdown. The seals, two dust and two oil, where priced at $20 each totaling $80 and the oil itself at $10. When I thought about purchasing the seals and oil myself to do the work I could get all for seals and oil for $25. The service manager then said he could price match parts if I could pull them up online and show him, however my parts guy wasn't online he was a shop guy from a shop up north. The parts I oulled up online still showed the exact seals they used being only $10 each with oil at $10. He price matched those and it brought the total down to $200 with parts and labor and said that was the best he could do. I explained to him that I was also told they would be done friday, dropped them off thursday, and drove all the way there once already to get the picked yp but they were not ready. And told him to match the $170 I was told from the beginning but he told me that was my fault and could onky do $200. I paid the $200 and left because I had to get to work and was tired of arguing with the worst customer service manager I have ever delt with anywhere. They guys upsell and overcharge on oarts as well as scam the shit out of you. It has been a week no and already the right dust seal split and is leaking. I replaced the seal myself because I called and they refused to fix it unless I paid for the labor. Bought the seal for $5 with no BS. Also called the other day as another customer and was quoted yet again $170 for the same bike for the forks. These guys are a joke!

Grand Prix has always treated me well. Every time I've called Tim and Gram have been very helpful. I've never bought a bike from there but I get all my parts from them.

time and time again they have no follow throw they have poor customer service
