Terrible Customer Service! They don't even know what it is. I had some issues with a rain suit (just a rain suit) and I tried calling and calling only to have the receptionist take my number and never hear back from them. Then I finally spoke with Andy who subsequently was fired (unknown to me) and then tried to begin dealing with someone else (Lenny?) who was useless, told me I had to deal directly with the manufacturer and gave me the wrong telephone # for the them to boot. Finally got a hold of the Owner/Manager Todd (after being told he was at lunch 1 minute before) and he went off on me and then hung-up. Glad I am not making a $10,000 purchase here and hoping for some support if problems come up. Save yourself the agony!
