Harley-Davidson introduces the four new models in its Custom Vehicle Operations line, including a new Softail called the 2013 CVO Breakout, a 2013 CVO Road King is the first RK with factory-installed audio and a Vented Wind Splitter windscreen, and the first Harley equipped with a factory LED headlight.
