I visited this shop to purchase a bike. The sales person said that they will match competitor's pricing so when it came down to dealing the GM Mike did not honor the sales person's agreement. I went to Kissimmee Motorsport and brought the bike. it is a shame that a dealer that is general located in Cocoa sucks in selling bikes... Screw them and don't buy from them since they charge 395.00 for dealer fee...

The typical bait and switch. The TWO bikes I was interested in SOLD as I was trying to negotiate the deal. Craig, the sales guy and the GM, Mike, could care less the impact their actions have on selling their product out of state versus selling locally when they could get a good recommendation.

I've bought parts from them in the past and they are overpriced.

This is an example of a large company owning several dealerships. They don't care about you, only their sales numbers.

Buy from a Mom and Pop operation and get the sales and service you deserve.

I don't know if all Champion shops are this way, but I have NEVER had any support from the Cocoa shop.

Be warned. Pay a little more and buy from an independent dealer rather than deal with a Champions shop. They don't need you, another customer that is not educated will replace you so they can reach their sales numbers.

I've dealt with BSY Yamaha in the past and they are fantastic to deal with. They are independent, support the locals and even supported a MX team. How can you not support those who give back to the sport?

Call me if you need more details on how they advertise one price then don't honor it.

BEWARE of this shop. I took my Honda Shadow in for carburetor repairs back in October. It never ran right, after letting them work on the bike 3 times. All I got was excuses. I got leery and decided to get a second opinion. I took my bike to Spaceport Cycles (A Yamaha/ Suzuki shop) in Titusville. They found internal damage to the carbs. It cost me $600 for them to fix the bike right. Champions refuses to pay for the damages, all they want to give me is the $250 that they charged me for their lousy work! I’m now fighting Champions to pay up. Take my word; you DO NOT want these guys working on your bike! If I could give no stars for a rating I would have.
