I think we have some babies here. The ruckus IS THE MOST POPULAR SCOOTER. Not everyone wants practicality!! This seems obvious with the EXTREME POPULARITY of these scooters. People want something different and its almost impossible to drive a scooter and not look like a DORK!! this scooter actually makes people look cool...sometimes cooler than they are. A close second would be the vespa but for the most part vespa drivers look like coffee sipping, book worming, DORK NERD HERD mobiles.
