I have an older bike a Pacific Coast that is pretty hard to work on. I have heard many horror stories about Streits but after them working on my bike for about 4 years every year I have found them to be fair and honest. Last time I got a call to come in as they has something to show me. The base of the carbs were cracked. New carbs for my bike were like 800 clams. Ouch. The service guys there said that they would try to fix it with JB weld. It worked. All work has been done on time and if there is a problem they will call. Labor is expensive everywhere and they are right in the average. Parts department is great. Lots of riding gear and helmets. New bikes are on display. I'm not one of the family trying to fluff up this review but a real customer. You can see bike photos at www.teddgreenwald.com/motorcycles. I do find my 2 Hondas to be rock solid and reliable so they don't get to see the dealer too often. Most of my problems come from letting the bikes sit so long.
