The name of this dealer has changed. It is no longer known as Honda of Jacksonville. It is no called "Cycles of Jacksonville". It is still located at the same address and still uses the same number. I really do not have any complaints except about the people who commented on this company. People have no patience anymore. Such as Dawg, who I must assume thinks service should be as fast as his internet speed, which in reality is never going to happen for him/her. Personally anyone that purchases a motorcycle better be ready to pay the labor costs of owning a motorcycle as well. Motorcycles are in fact considered by almost but not all banks to be luxury items. As far as estimates, Dawg, get a grip, that is why they are called estimates and not final bills. As far as Ryan, one should never expect a salesman to know anything but how to sell a motorcycle. As far as the dealership is concerned. I have had both good and bad experiences there. My bad experiences were usually caused by bad attitudes among some employees that most likely dont work there any more. Personally speaking they need to go back to being a powerhouse dealer for Honda.

After going to this dealer for plugs and filters, I got into a discussion about Honda bikes with a salesman (black rimmed glasses, goatee, talking about Sunoco 101 for his trackdays) that, obviously, was clueless about what we were discussing, 2009 Fireblade (UK). He tried to inform me that the emissions are different than the US models. Possibly but the Fireblade meets ALL EPA standards, including CARB which is California. He also proceeded to tell me that Repsol models are not available in Europe, only the US. Again, the website says differently from Honda UK, not to mention I have test ridden a Repsol EU while there on deployment. After the conversation and lack of knowledge about a Mfg he works for, I left without purchase. I'd prefer someone that says they don't know and leave it at that. Not to mention, I was not helped for several minutes and the prices were ridiculous, even for a Dealer.
