did not give me what i asked for,..asked for new chain with master link i can just put on myself. Got a master link that requires special tool to install. I did not want to give a full star rating ,....maybe 1/3 star

I drove 3 Hr for a bike that the dealer sold to me over the phone. When I was half way there I called and was told they sold the bike after they gave me a price and ran my credit and started the paper work. I was told that no money changed hands
so no deal, but to make me feal better that the other owner started the bike and It started to dump oil all over and had to come back. Talk abought a bad dealer,good thing you pay to have the bike gone through. They sold the bike to this other guy for more than money thats why they took the deal. They are a bad dealer and I would never go there agin...

Rode in on an 03 Concours with steering issues. I was just finishing the last leg of a 3K mile trip trying to get home to So. Cal. Asked if they could look at it and the first thing out of the service writer's mouth was they would have to order parts if needed and it couldn't be done same day.....I said bearings, if needed, are generic...don't need to be Kawasaki...then he says he wouldn't even know who to call about that. Again I stressed trying to get home can look at it.....went back talked with a mechanic came back and said possible but couldn't promise they could get to it same day...AGAIN I SAID....TRYING TO GET BACK TO SO CAL TODAY...didn't seem interested in helping me out just the suckers walking in trying to get their bikes serviced.....I will never recommend them if in Vegas again. It's the same old Big Box mentality.....only looking out for the $$$. Don't really seem to care about the customer. I did find a small local shop that was able to tighten the steering stem for $20. That was all that was needed. I paid them $40. Made it home without incident and no overnight stay and no parts

If you want to spend $1400 extra dollars for a Quad buy it from RideNow Powersports. What a bunch of CLOWNS! Do yourself a favor, and drive over the hump to Pahrump and get yourself a deal. Nevada West II sell Yamaha and Kawasaki ATV, Motorcycles etc,.. Great dealership with outstanding prices.
