Superior service all the time. Kyle,Sergio and Mathias always do everything possible to ensure a pleasant experience. Whether it be the nubile young dancing girls to the ice cold beer, they do it all.

I live in No. Phoenix and have bought parts and got service from several locations of Victory Mc. I got great service from each of them. This dealer ship is absolutely the best in service. Mathias,Kyle and Sergio bend over backwards to provide superior service. I have stopped in there to just B.S.

I would rate this dealer as a ZERO only because on 9-18-10 at hours I arrived with a cashiers check ($17,000) in my pocket to purchase a Victory Cross Country bike. After spending about 10 or 15 minutes and having NO ONE welcome me or approach me. I finally stopped one of the older guys who seemed to be the shop owner or manager and asked him how do I test drive one of these? I was told they were setting up for an event today and to just be patient and someone would get to me. After waiting another 5 to 10 minutes and no one still having the courtesy to even talk to a customer.....I hopped on my Valkyrie and drove off. I really like the Cross Country and did my research on the bike prior to deciding on this bike. I even went as far to get a Cashiers Check to pay for it today......BUT....since this dealership was more interested in setting up for an event for later on in the day....they lost $17,000 and a customer for life. I'm mean come on man......take 5 minutes and at least greet your customers. I shouldn't have to hunt you guy down to buy a bike. So that's my take on my first and last visit to this dealership.......
