I have been looking for motorcycle for 2 months. I have been to every dealer in the Birmingham area and beyond. The sales staff took a lot of time with me and assisted me on the right bike for my needs. When my 1st service came up, Phillip and the techs took time to show me everything I needed to know about my bike and got me in and out . The parts guys also took time with me on my accessories and if they did not already have it, they ordered it and called me when they came in. Custom Performance also has bike nights on Thursday nights. They have made owning a motorcycle an even better experience than it already is. Keep up the good work, personal service is hard to find. THEY ARE THE WORST AT SERVICE AND REPAIR.... I HAD MY BIKE TOWED IN AFTER A WRECK. THE SERVICE MANAGER PHILLIP IS A LIAR. HE HAD TOLD ME THAT THEY REPLACED PARTS THAT WERE DAMAGED. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY BIKE, THE SAME PART WAS STILL ON AND THEY STILL CLAIMED TO HAVE REPLACED THE PART WITH NEW. THEY SCRATCHED THE HECK OUT OF MY BIKE AND TRIED TO PASS IT OFF AS THATS HOW IT CAME IN. THANK GOD I TOOK ALOT OF PICTURES BEFORE IT WENT TO THEM. 3,500.00 AND 2 MONTHS LATER IT STILL ISNT RIGHT. GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE TAKE ALOT OF PICTURES OF THE BEFORE SO YOU CAN RE-FIX YOUR BIKE. NO WONDER THEY HAVE A CANT SUE ME WAIVER THEY MAKE YOU SIGN BEFORE YOU GET YOUR BIKE. SERVICE MANAGER PHILLIP IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT. THE WHOLE INTEGRITY OF THE SHOP SHOULD BE PUT INTO QUESTION.
