As an owner of a 2003 Indian Chief, I buy parts from this dealer when they have them. They were the Indian Dealer in tucson at one time. I have always gotten good friendly service from the parts manager so I decided to use there service department to change head gaskets that I purchased on my own since they didn't have any when I inquired two days prior. The guy from the service department told me they didn,t do outside work. I asked what he ment by that and he said they have parts. Then of course I said, you don't have any head gaskets and the guy said we can get them. End of conversation. I ddn't like the attitude of this service dept. Just because I wasn't buying the $20 part from them they woudn't do the work. They would probably make three times that in labor cost. Just because of their attitude I wouldn't let them work on my kids tricycle.
