My scooter has problems with the front disc that's rubbing against the brake pads,and now it's not starting right with the starter,it makes a noise from where there the kick start is,and besides that a screw and something else i couldn't see cause it was dark fell from the scooter the same day i bought it,yet the owner of Power cycles,Where i bought it from won't even give the chance to prove i'm right,he wouldn't acknowledge the scooter has these problems.I called MOD CYCLES who according to power cycle assembled the scooter and Mickey has been giving the run around telling me the owner of Power cycle is not there,and that's why he can't make a decision, as to who's gonna fix the scooter that supposedly has a warranty of 12 months(the scooter was bought only 9 days ago).So far i find myself without any hope any of them can help me,Don't buy anything from these thieves,they have no respect for the customer
