I purchased a 2006 Mastiff from big dog of El Cajon in El Cajon, California. I have a good friend who bought the 2005 Mastiff on the same day. I do love my bike very much. I've had some problems but not many that havent been fixed. But my friend to me has bought big dogs biggest lemon of all time. He paid good money for a bike that has been down for almost a year. Everytime he has called to find out about it he's been given some B.S. runaround on how the parts havent come in. You think if big dog stood by its product you would make it right and compensate him for the biggest mistake of his life for purchasing that bike. He would of been better off buying a moped. Its very sad to say especially since I like my dog so much. Im very disappointed in the way Big Dog is handling it. Sadly to say I've had people come up to me and complimement on my bike and tell me they're thinking about buying one, but since big dog hasnt't done right in my eyes I tell them not to but a big dog because they dont stand by their workmanship.
