I have been to this shop a few times in the last few years. It's not a very touristy place like a lot of Harley shops are, but they know their business and have always been very friendly and helpful. Any time I've needed something whether it's parts or just information I've never had to even go further than the front counter with my questions. They also give a lot back to the community with projects like the Trail of Honor.

I contacted several different motorcycle retailers, and Harley Davidson of Jackson was by far the RUDEST, most UNHELPFUL, jerks I dealt with. Try Chunky River Harley Davidson if you want to deal with someone human.

Sales and Parts staff are very rude and impersonal, not very caring for the Great Harley name.
