I have owned em all, logged well over 100,000 miles, Love at first sight, dont need a test ride, I will have this beast, and upon Americas highways, we will feast, thank you Triumph, there is a God, and he rides a Rocket 3 Roadster!!

Paul Wickford - old rocket 3 Vs new Vmax  January 18, 2010 02:04 AM
I traded my old rocket 3 for a new Vmax last yr I thought the rocket was quick but the Vmax is soooo much quicker more powerfull and agile too.. Oh and it looks awesome....Not as comfortable as the r3 though every bit as awesome looking in a more sophisticated and contemperary way.
I would have to ride the new r3 just to put a comparison in place & wouldnt rule out owning both in the near future. a few mates have harleys but when either the Vmax or the r3 was parked up alongside them it was the jap & gb bikes that had the crowds looking..
Booking my r3 test drive today!!
King. - Absolutle a very beautiful bike.  December 30, 2009 07:42 PM
It will be much nicer with a 200 HP.I love speed and torque.
Cool :>)
Klink13 - Wow  November 4, 2009 10:36 PM
I have an 09 Crossbones and i have put alot of extras into it. But i gotta say if i were to buy this year instead of last. The RIII roadster might take the cake. Its a beauty and a beast rolled into one.
Richard - Rocket III  October 2, 2009 01:44 PM
The Rocket III sure caught my eye but it's not gonna get me off my Speed Triple.
Shark Abuser - Nice beginning  October 1, 2009 05:23 PM
Well ... alright. It seems it got 8 HP more now. Compared to the way they strangled the touring version, this is finally a move in the right way. To my mind, it still needs 30 HP more. And I am really suspicious about the sound.
Triumph Fanatic - Must own...may need to rob Peter to pay Paul  October 1, 2009 04:05 PM
I'm a huge Triumph fan. First I got the Daytona 675 as my canyon carver and track bike. Then I got the Bonneville as my commuter, daily and canyon carver bike. Up next was gonna be the Speed Triple. Now that this bike came out, I want this bike NOW instead of the Speed Triple. Triumph finally read my mind. I came close to buying a Rocket III a few years ago, but didn't bite because I couldn't justify the monthly cost to the syles available at the time. Now that this came out, I may do whatever necessary to make this deal happen.
jasonworthing - it's like they tapped my phone or have technology to read my mind....."EXACTLY" what I want...'cept for being free..  September 30, 2009 11:06 PM
+1 on everything you just stated sans the HD..never owned one. Damn you Triumph for giving me EXACTLY what I dreamed and have had private musings about...now I gotta find a buyer for my kidney in time for next spring... man...
Dr. Badass - 2010 Rocket3  September 30, 2009 05:50 PM
I like it. If there is anyway possible i can put that in my garage next summer it will be there, right next to my Speed Triple. If you have never ridden a rocket you are short changing yourselves. Go ahead and ride one, any version, and compare it back to back with any HD made. Not bashing HD here, owned a few myself. But the R3 is in a class all by itself.
