I would like to thank the service manager "Jason I think was his name. I came in right @ closing time with no rear suspension on my 2009 Road King due to a hole being rubbed in my air line supplying my right shock. Ya'll had no tubing in stock but he went the extra mile & got some from one of the techs and "HE" repaired my bike himself and I had a smooth ride for the rest of my ride which was on to the pacific coast and back home, about 4 more thousand miles. People like this is what keeps the loyalty of us riders staying with the American legend Harley Davidson. Thanks so much for your help!!!
