Moto Guzzi Motorcycles
Moto Guzzi is an historic Italian motorcycle manufacturer, renowned for its use of transverse-mount V-Twin motorcycles.
Moto Guzzi is one of the oldest surviving motorcycle brands, having opened its doors in March 1921 in the Northern Italian city of Mandello del Lario. One of the three founders was Carlo Guzzi, who began producing Moto Guzzi motorcycles brandishing the eagle logo still used today. Over the years Moto Guzzi experienced success in the racing world, developing numerous innovative designs, including a short-lived eight-cylinder motorcycle. Now one of the many marques owned by the large Aprilia group, Moto Guzzi focuses exclusively on transverse-mounted V-Twin motorcycles - with its range varying from vintage-styled standards and cruisers up to sportier street bikes like the Griso, as well as the touring-oriented Norge and Stelvio models.
