Ever thought a place was the best business in the industry and then find out first hand that they're really just like walmart and couldn't care any less about their customers? Yea, that's these guys. Honestly, I haven't been this disappointed in a company's customer service in a really long time! Have a complaint? This is what they give you, "criticism is generally duly noted and ignored and frankly I have yet to have an intelligent, well written, complaint come across my desk". Well, fine! Screw you, too!
