LOL I know where this is! Its my hometown hahaha Penang malaysia!!! The thing is that we ride bike all year through out here, it'll be incovenient as hell wearing all those gears, even with superbikes we are wearing beach shorts and all. Having been riding bike since like forever(I started riding at the age of 7years old and without helmet along the countryside) To me the most important thing to avoid accidents are 3 basic thing, 1. Common sense 2. Skill in riding 3. Awareness.
