Joey Pascarella will race Supermoto at this weekend's event at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.
Pascarella, fresh off a second place finish at the season opening Daytona AMA Pro SuperSport presented by Shoei race, is performing double duty this season. In addition to roadracing with LTD Racing in the East Coast SuperSport class, he also is contesting the 2009 XTRM AMA Pro Racing Supermoto Championship Series for the Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/PPG/Honda team in the Lites class. The first Supermoto race of the year will be held this Sunday.
Pascarella, from Vacaville, California, is a former amateur national champion in Supermoto.
