Bring on the Road Racing

Tuesday, February 23, 2010
Noriyuki Haga struggled with traction issues during the earlier part of Day 2 at Phillip Island.
Hage once again leads the way into another WSBK season and the start of 2010 road racing in general.
As a diehard race fan I find it almost impossible not to chime in regarding the beginning of the World Superbike season this weekend (be sure to check out our 2010 World Superbike Season Preview). Not only does it signify the beginning of the best production-based racing series in the world, but it also signifies the beginning of worldwide road racing as a whole. Less than a week later AMA Superbike kicks off on March 4th and then another short month and MotoGP gets rolling on April 11th.

And while things get hectic around this place making sure you always have the freshest and most up-to-the-minute coverage, it’s also quite exciting and makes for loads of awesome TV. To which I say, bring it on! Let the road racing resume. I’m ready for it.

Oh yeah, one other thing. I challenge each and every one of you to take me on it MotoUSA’s Fantasy Racing. I’m team Atlas Racing, so be sure to log on, set up your own team and start picking those riders. This way we can get the bench racing started right away!
