ELIGIBILITY
To participate, you must be resident of the United States of America and 18 years-of-age or older on the date of entry. You cannot be an employee or agent of Motorcycle USA, LLC, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or a member of the household or immediate family of any such person. Making a purchase will not affect your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you must become a fan of Motorcycle USA on facebook before December 31, 2009. Only one entry per person or valid email address will be accepted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and acknowledge that non-compliance will result in disqualification. No late submissions will be accepted or considered. Prizes will be awarded to the registrant of the email address or participant identified in the entry.

DURATION OF SWEEPSTAKES
This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., PST, on November 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m., PST, on December 31, 2009. Eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m., PST, on December 31, 2009 will participate in the prize drawing.

SELECTION OF WINNER
Winner will be selected by random drawing on January 15, 2010 by Motorcycle USA, LLC from eligible entries timely received. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail or United States mail within 10 days of the drawing. Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and provide evidence of identity and age with valid state or federally issued identification (i.e. driver license, passport). MOTORCYCLE USA LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR, LATE, LOST, MISDIRECTED OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES, COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO NOTIFY A WINNER, ANY INJURY OR LOSSES CAUSED BY A PRIZE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

PRIZES
Prize Drawing: The winner will receive one Dell Mini 10 laptop. Motorcycle USA will contact winner via Twitter email with prize redemption information. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and any registration and licensing fees and charges are the responsibility of the winner.

LEGAL CONDITIONS
Motorcycle USA, LLC will use the information on an entry, including email address, mailing address, phone number, etc. as set forth in its Privacy Policy. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes including but not limited to the posting of the names of the winner in a winner's list and other on or off-line announcement without additional consideration and where legally permitted. By submitting an entry, participants release Motorcycle USA, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents of each of them, from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind with respect to the conduct of the sweepstakes or caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of the prize.
