AMA Pro Flat Track Round 7 at I-96 has been cancelled.
AMA Pro Racing regrets to announce the cancellation of AMA Pro Flat Track Round 7, scheduled for July 14, 2012 at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, MI. Despite best efforts by all involved, the promoter has decided to cancel the event.

After debuting on the AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National Championship presented by Motorcycle-Superstore.com and Lucas Oil schedule in 1993, the Michigan Half Mile has come and gone from the calendar over the years but has always remained a fan-favorite. Although the event at I-96 Speedway was the only Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National Championship race scheduled to be held in the flat track hot bed of Michigan for 2012, fans are invited to following along as the 16-race series will be featured on National TV.

Ten rounds of the 2012 AMA Pro Harley-Davidson Insurance Grand National Championship presented by Motorcycle-Superstore.com and Lucas Oil will be aired on MAVTV with select programs slotted to air on both MAVTV and NBC Sports. This happens every year, races dropped and schedules changed. It's a sad state of affairs for American Flat Track.
