Second place gets $5K and third earns $3K. Kawasaki has also offered $10K for a victory which would put the overall winnings at a very enjoyable 20,000 dollars! We heard rumors that Knight would try to use his considerable talent to collect a sweet summer bonus and that was confirmed this afternoon when we saw him and Powersport Graphics owner, Bart Hayes, tuning a privateer KX450F.

Knight purchased the bike on his own and enlisted Hayes to help get the green beast ready for the toughest GNCC race of the year.
