Racer Productions, producers of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, has announced the 2010 GNCC National Numbers. GNCC Numbers are earned based on overall finishes in one of the seven divisions of the series, including Youth, Amateur and Professional racing on both motorcycles and ATVs, and the UTV Side-by-Side Series.

GEICO/JG Racing Monster Energy Kawasaki's Paul Whibley earned the
GNCC number one plate in the Afternoon bike race, while Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Chris Borich earned the GNCC number one plate on the
ATV side.
FRE KTM's Angel Atwell took home the Women's ATV Championship and will wear number 201 in the ATV morning race. Doug Howarth in the 90 Modified (12-15) class earned the ATV Youth Overall number one plate. John Howard earned the number one plate in the UTV division.
Masters A bike rider Randall Riggs will wear number 201 in the morning bike race and Super-Mini (14-15) Champion Chris Meadows earned the Bike Youth Overall number one plate.
Numbers are posted at
www.gnccracing.com. Amateur riders must compete in at least nine GNCC events to earn a national number, and Youth riders must compete in eight GNCC events to earn a national number. UTV teams must compete in three events to earn a national number.
Riders who did not earn a GNCC National Number for 2009 can reserve a number by contacting GNCC Racing after January 2. Full details on number reservations will be posted on

The 2010 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series kicks off on February 27th- March 2nd as part of Bike Week at the Westgate River Ranch Resort in Florida.
