GNCC Racing is getting underway for the 2010 season. The opening round of ATV action took place over the weekend (read the
2010 River Ranch ATV GNCC Results) and the bikes will take to the Florida course on Tuesday, March 2. One of the best way to keep track of the racing action and get more involved is to participate in fantasy racing. Fortunately, a new league for the GNCC ATVs and Bikes is now available at
Offoradfantasy.com. Scott USA offered rewards for the first entrants, but even if the promotional spots are filled, the real benefits are a chance to test your predictive skills against all other Can-Am Grand National Cross Country fans. There will also be weekly prizes available from Scott, Powersport Grafx and Raceday Pix.
Competitors get to select a team of five XC1 Pro racers and five XC2 Pro Lites racers each week. That’s quite a bit to keep track of since you can do it for both ATV and Bikes, meaning 20 riders are at your disposal each week. A season membership costs $20 per series (ATV and Bikes), but once the 13-round series finishes in October, each fantasy member will combine their top nine scores to determine who wins the championship. That person will get a winner’s share of cash and prizes worth over a thousand dollars.
If you hadn’t noticed, MotorcycleUSA has its own
Fantasy Racing series, including
Fantasy Superbike 2010 and
Fantasy GP 2010 with motocross on the horizon. Sign up for these free series while you’re at it.
