Mike Brown - KTM Racing Team - Lake Havasu
Round-2 winner Mike Brown raced hard but couldn't catch Dietrich.
Lake Havasu, Arizona hosted the CrazyHorse GP and Round 3 of WORCS racing where Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Ricky Dietrich picked up his second win of the season. Scottsdale’s Taylor Robert followed on his own green bike with his first podium of the season with Shock Doctor KTM’s Mike Brown in third. Brownie holds onto the overall series lead thanks to a terrible finish at Round 2 by Dietrich. Ricky-D will have another shot at stealing some points when the off-road racing series heads to Hollister, CA on April 18. Defending champion, Bobby Bonds, finished in 10th on his Honda CRF450R which dropped him to fifth overall, but only three points out of third.

Corey Floyd was the top-finishing Pro Lites rider aboard his Kawasaki. Floyd led division leader, Ryan Abbatoye, to the checkers with Niclas Gustavsson in third. In the Women’s division, the WMA Motocross crossovers continue to have success in the off-road arena. Multi-time WMA champion, Jessica Patterson, snared her first victory of 2009 in only her second attempt. Patterson was followed by one of her biggest motocross rivals, Sarah Whitmore. Maley Motorsports KTM rider, Maria Forsberg, was third.
