
Geoff May, a former AMA Superbike Rookie of the Year, earned championships in WERA, CCS and Formula USA racing before turning pro in 2000.
The National Guard and Michael Jordan Motor Sports will field an American Superbike entry piloted by
Geoff May in the 2009 AMA Pro Racing Superbike Championship series. In his first year with Michael Jordan Motor Sports, May finished second overall in points in the 2008 AMA Superstock Championship.

May, 28, a former AMA Superbike Rookie of the Year, earned championships in WERA, CCS and Formula USA racing before turning pro in 2000. He is a native of Georgia and lives with his wife Jodi, in Gainesville.
Michael Jordan Motor Sports announced its 2009 partnership with the National Guard in October in Orlando, Florida. The National Guard-Jordan team will make its racing debut at Daytona International Speedway in March 2009 under the reorganized AMA Pro Racing group.
