Fastrack Riders canceled the Friday, September 4th event at Auto Club Speedway because of low sign-ups. All riders have either moved to a different day or received credit due to the cancellation.
Currently the weather forecast for Auto Club Speedway for this coming Saturday and Sunday event is for temperatures to be in the mid to upper eighties for both days so it is absolutely perfect riding weather!
There are still spaces available in all levels for both days! The sign ups have been impacted by the horrible fires closer to Los Angeles. Several riders have called wanting to know if the events would be canceled due to poor air quality. Per Fastrack's normal policy we always consider the health and safety of our riders and would never knowingly place our valued customers in an unsafe riding situation. Fastrack Riders has closely monitored the air quality and the air flow or winds has shifted to a more westerly direction which has blown the smoke generated from the fires away from the Auto Club Speedway area.
Let's all hope that the valiant efforts of the fire fighters and good weather allow the firefighters to totally contain the fire and prevent further loss of property to all those that live close to the burn areas.

Walk on riders will be allowed each day in the event someone has a change of plans and can make it to the track! It will be eight weeks before Fastrack Riders will be back at Auto Club Speedway October 30th through November 1st. September 25th is Fastrack's next Streets of Willow event!
Unfortunately Chuckwalla Valley Raceway will not be completed this year so all of Fastrack's 2009 scheduled events at CVR have been cancelled!
