I’m excited and honored to share that story and continue to build the Harley-Davidson legacy with everyone who visits the Museum from around the world.”

The Museum opened in July 2008, under the leadership of Watson. She was instrumental in the design, development, construction and launch of the Museum, which has become a highly regarded and awarded destination for hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world.

“I am proud of what we accomplished together at the Museum to create a world-class destination right here in Milwaukee,” said Watson, “and I am thrilled to continue strengthening the Company’s focus on customers in my new role.”

Reaching customers in new demographic segments is one of the Company’s highest priorities. Mr. Davidson, I received in the mail today a package with a calendar and a letter from you. I want to thank you for your support. Before my first deployment (2007-2008), I asked my local HD dealer (Harley Davidson of Wausau) what it would cost to store my bike during the deployment. I just picked my bike (after 18 months) up today after my second deployment and paid the same price ($0.00). I want you to know this does not go unnoticed. I have recommended HD Wausau to my friends, and a few have bought bikes. Again, Thank you for the support that Harley Davidson has shown to myself and all military personnel. Not a bad idea Tom. Since fewer people are buying expensive bikes these days it would be nice to see a "bridge" model between the sportster and dyna. For the right price I think they would have a real winner on their hands.

Allrighty, now put your entire 2010 line-up in that museum where it belongs, throw away the key and start working on something more or less in the same league as the rest of the 21st century bikes.

Suggestions:
-Expand on your V-Rod, the only decent bike to come out of HD HQ in the last 20 years
-Stop making your sportsters so they only suit small man and woman, and stop making them look like dumbed down 'low' blingy, busy, anorexic dyna's and softails. I would buy a sportster tomorrow, all money down, if only it would fit my 6'4" frame. Because I like the 1200cc motor more than the 96ci one. Why would I need 96ci of utter worthlessness and a measily 50-60hp when a nicely tuned 1200cc gives me almost the same grunt. (and a one piece carter-gearbox ffs!!)
