The Green Hornet's sidekick, Kato, rides a custom Harley-Davidson Muscle in the new Green Hornet movie.

When the 3-D super-hero action comedy Green Hornet hits big screens this weekend, a customized Harley-Davidson V-Rod will have a featured role. Ridden by the Green Hornet’s sidekick, Kato, in several scenes throughout the movie, the custom V-Rod Muscle features a chopped rear fender, V-Rod Destroyer wheels, rear-set foot controls, and a one-off LED headlamp.

Green Hornet, starring Seth Rogan as the Green Hornet and Jay Chou as Kato, opened nationwide in theaters January 14, 2011.

The result of a bad bad stylist and the Director. Did they even do a research or they just went ahead and think that people are stupid and wouldn't know the difference? Nothing against the actor but Kato looked like a freaking freak show. Not to mention taking a beautiful bike and freaking killed it. The stylist should be slapped and fired long ago. Insult to people who are motorcycle enthusiasts and the Green Hornet (the original) fans. Maybe that's why it's a flop. Waste of money. Next movie, talk to me suckers! I've been watching the Green Hornet every Saturday on a BW TV and I knew everything about the Green Hornet. This Kato ain't cool and the movie sucked!!! Take a look at how other people make movies you dumb arses.

Harley could have its best seller with the vrod motor packaged in the right bikes. Its long overdue for a restyling.

If I were a "superhero" I certainly would not pick a Harmless-Davidson. Maybe the new ZX-10R or the new Ducati Diavel but not a V-rod.

Well seeing as how their primary vehicle is a 1966 body and engine with a bunch bolt on updates I think a H-D is fitting companion =). Although I do like some of the visual changes they made to the Rod here.
