Twice in one year I have brought my Kawasaki home from Dal Kawa Cycle Center's service depatment--and twice in one year the bike has broke down within days of leaving the service department. The owner refuses to remedy, even though my wife and I were nearly killed after front sprocket and chain FELL OFF (it didn't break, it didn't wear out--it was installed improperly and fell off) ten days after this place serviced it, and the owner refuses to even consider making it right. In fact, he never even looked at the bike after I told him what happened, just started yelling. (This is on tape--if anyone would like to hear the tape to verify, I can make it available.) I had to rely on two independent service agencies to confirm that it was Dal Kawa's negligence (and both were of the opinion that it was intentional, to drum up another service episode). DO NOT take your bike to Dal Kawa if you value your safety.
