Yoshimura has released the RS-5 for the 2009 Honda CBR600RR. This motorcycle is a back-to-back AMA FX title winner because of its light weight, performance, horsepower, and handling. To improve upon that, Yoshimura has brought back the popular RS-5 undertail muffler for the newest 2009 Honda with an all-new round outlet configuration. The new round outlet gives the already potent muffler even more power plus an updated look that riders will love.

Titanium RS-5 Exhaust; Stainless Steel RS-5. Available from the Motorcycle Superstore.
Yoshimura's RS-5 undertail exhaust is the perfect companion to the mid-sized Honda, plus the sound that emanates from this Yoshimura system reflects its racing heritage. The new design produces more horsepower and improves power delivery. For example you can expect an almost 5hp increase with our Stainless Full System over OEM, in either of our three appealing sleeve combinations from Carbon Fiber to Stainless Steel to Titanium. It's not just the looks -- it's power, quality, fit and the name Yoshimura.

The RS-5 is currently available in Slip-on and Full System configurations and includes low volume inserts and a carbon fiber end-cap. Muffler options available are stainless steel, carbon fiber or titanium sleeve material.

Not a fan of the can. From the side profile it looks like it sticks out too far.
