Good morning all, it’s Day 2 of the Red Bull USGP taking place this weekend at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. On tap for today is qualifying for the AMA racing classes, e-bikes and MotoGP. The 18-lap Motorcycle-Superstore.com AMA Supersport race will also run today at 3:40 pm. As a type this, the 800s are out on track conducing their final practice session of the weekend. Many of the riders are pleased Bridgestone made the decision to import its extra soft rear race slick as it is providing much better initial grip in the cool and overcast conditions typical of Laguna mid-morning.
