2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R Dyno Chart

Kawasaki’s new Ninja ZX-14R as tested in the 2012 Kawasaki ZX-14R First Ride is now the undisputed leader in terms of outright horsepower and torque on our in-house Dynojet dyno, pumping out 186 horsepower and 110 lb-ft of twisting force at 190-series rear tire. @wildpig, OK, we get you hate BMW's, but at least post something that isn't a blatant falsehood. 45% more? the list price of a ZX-14r is 14,899, which means that the BMW S1000RR would have to cost 21,603. Not even close. Glad you enjoy your Harley's, but don't bash a quite capable and well designed bike manufacturer. At least BMW makes a sport bike, something Harley does not.

@ wildpig - The ZX-14R should be compared to the BMW K1300S, and the S1000RR to the ZX-10R. That said, if I am paying the bills, I would choose the ZX-10R over the S1000RR, and the ZX-14R over the K1300S independent of price.

Of course this Kawasaki makes more power than the BMW S1000RR- it has another 400cc displacement to work with! And are you so sure it costs less than the Bimmer?

5 times the bike that a bmw rr is at 45% less the price,, with a dealer network and parts.............. i cant wait till kawasaki tweaks the bike and it has more hp than the rr...
