Troy Lee Designs Auction - Cancer Awareness
Friday, February 1, 2013
In hope of finding a cure and raising cancer awareness, the Troy Lee Designs Supercross racing team will wear special one-off GP Air Mirage riding gear paired with SE3 Cyclops helmets painted in custom yellow/magenta livery this Saturday at Anaheim. The race bikes will also wear pink-accented graphics.
"Just like a lot of people, the Troy Lee Designs family has been affected by various kinds of cancer," said Troy Lee. "We are committed to providing assistance in any way that we can, so we've decided to go ahead and run pink gear and accented helmets at A3, which are to be auctioned off for the American Cancer Society."
After the race, each rider’s complete riding kit, including helmet, pant/jersey/gloves, riding boots and bike plastics will be autographed, then auctioned with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. The auction begins on Monday, February 4 on eBay and will run for seven days.
