Kawasaki 800 SX-R Jet Ski Water Motorcycle

Monster Pro Circuit Kawasaki riders Tyla Rattray and Dean Wilson ‘recover’ from the races with their Kawasaki 800 SX-R Jet Skis.
Hey all, it’s summertime north of the equator and for an avid sport motorcyclist there’s no better way to relax and cool off then Jet Skiing. Don’t believe me? Just ask Pro Circuit Kawasaki KX250F racers Tyla Rattray and Dean Wilson.

After a pretty successful Saturday of 250 racing in Michigan which saw Wilson finish second overall with a 3-2 performance and Rattray record a second place finish in Moto 1 but then crash big in Moto 2 yet somehow avoid injury, the Kawi guys are back in Southern California ’recovering’ on their Kawasaki 800 SX-R Jet Skis. Find out the full race results in the 2010 AMA Motocross Red Bud Results and learn what happened behind the scenes in the 2010 AMA Motocross Red Bud Insider.

We spent a couple hours yesterday with them pummeling ocean water along with Jet Ski racing ace and avid motocross racer Victor Sheldon. It was a blast to say the least and it never ceases to amaze me the similarities and overall crossover between the sports. Just like moto and sport bike riding technique is key and when you put it all together it is ridiculous how awesome it feels to carve a turn through the water.

I was rocking my neighbor Jon's Yamerha SuperJet last weekend in NW Wisconsin. It was tyte. I couldn't agree more, they're way more fun and challenging than some 'sit down davenport pwc.'(c)x2468 Heed, you should do a piece on riding your Kawi through the gulf in search of oil sheen and tar balls for BP.

It doesn't look like Dean in either picture.

Id love to get a 2-stroke stand up. especially since i live close to the ocean. Just hard to part with money that could be used for bikes. If i had the money to part with that is. It sucks that the 2-stroke stand ups are dieing out, or at least it seems. I only see guys on those boring couches they call PWC.
