Ducati: Rossi, Hayden Unconfirmed in MotoGP

Wednesday, August 4, 2010
Valentino Rossi put in a magnificent performance in California with a third place finish only 7 weeks after smashing his right leg to pieces at Mugello.
Ducati officially announced today that no riders have been signed for the 2011 MotoGP season.
Recently Cycle World magazine reported that both Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi have been confirmed as Ducati riders for the 2011 MotoGP season in an interview with Ducati CEO Gabriele Del Torchio. According to Ducati no agreement has been reached with these riders in respect to next year’s MotoGP season and the Cycle World report was untrue. Ducati says it will make a formal announcement if and when any agreement is made.

Gordo -Really? August 6, 2010 08:54 AM
Honestly, the entire world will be more shocked if he announces that he's not going to Ducati. Is there seriously anyone who doubts it at this point? Was anyone anywhere actually surprised when Casey Stoner finally officially announced that he was going to Honda next year?
