For 2012 Yamaha has fitted traction control on its YZF-R1 sportbike. Take a look at this video it produced which shows some of the advantages of the system. During this summer’s Red Bull USGP at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway three-time 500cc Grand Prix champ Kenny Roberts had the chance to pilot his championship-winning 1980 Yamaha YZ500 GP bike. Check out the video and see Roberts rip around Laguna on this 150 horsepower crotch rocket.
