Suzuki's 2011 line of cruiser motorcycles includes its torque-laden power cruiser, the M109R, with its new instrument cluster that is now tucked inside the headlight cowl instead of mounted on the handlebars.

While the arrival of the
GSX1250FA to U.S. shores and the redesigned GSX-R600 and 750 grabbed most of the headlines at
Suzuki’s recent dealer show in Las Vegas, it also introduced its 2011 line of cruiser motorcycles. While Suzuki PR touts “five new models in the cruiser category,” all five are carryovers from the pre-existing line. Fortunately, its arm-stretching, testosterone-laden power cruiser, the
M109R made the cut for 2011 and will be offered in a base and Limited Edition model. One member of the C50 class is back, the C50T, giving the Japanese marque a classic-styled cruiser decked out for touring. It also addressed the entry-level and commuter classes by bringing back two lower displacement models, the 650cc S40 and the single-cylinder TU250. Here’s a quick rundown of some of the key features and components of each.
