During the '08 season DiSalvo captured third overall in the American Superbike Championship behind Ben Spies and Mat Mladin despite having only two podium finishes. In 2009, DiSalvo earned six poles and had six podium finishes. He also raced in the 8 Hours at Daytona for team Roadracingworld.com where his team scored second. The following year DiSalvo returned to the international racing stage by competing in the 2010 World Supersport Championship with ParkinGO Triumph. However, the season quickly turned into a failure and DiSalvo cut ties with the team mid-way through the season under controversy, the American questioning the competitiveness of his machinery.

For 2011 DiSalvo will return to AMA Racing in the Daytona SportBike series after penning a deal with the Latus Ducati Racing squad.
