What a great dealership. I am new to the community and I recently visited the dealership with my wife looking to upgrade from my 2002 Suzuki Boulevard to something more comfortable for our many yearly vacation trips we take during the year.From the moment we arrived we were both impressed with the inventory and how spacious the dealership is. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our salesman whose name was Jason was one of the friendliest and knowledgeable salesmen I have dealt with since buying bikes and I have owned 8 over the years. Even after telling him we were not buying a bike that day, he still took the time to share his knowledge of each bike we looked at and answered everyone of our many questions. As most that buy bikes know, alot of salesmen tend to try and rush someone when they know they won't be buying that day.In Jason's own words, His goal is to see that we have a great experience when buying a bike there and that his job is seeing that when we leave he wanted us to have all the answers to any questions we may have so that we can make the best judgement about the bike we want for our next bike." After seeing several bikes there, we left with all the knowledge we would need in making the choice when that time does come. His knowledge, helpfulness and patience in the hour we were there was immeasurable. That says alot about a dealership when they have a sales staff like Jason on their staff and they go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome and want to come back again. And that we will when we do decide to buy one. You can buy a bike anywhere, but you cannot get great service anywhere,
I am sure that all their staff is more than likely very helpful, but I just hope Jason is there when we come back the next time to help us again. I would recommend anyone in the Winston Salem area looking for a bike or just looking for information about bikes for their next purchase to visit Honda of Winston Salem. All the staff there seemed very nice, but I would recommend asking for Jason if he is available. Jason is by far one of the friendliest and knowledgeable salesmen I have experienced in my many years of buying bikes.

Not impressed with Warranty and customer service so far. They were happy to take my 22K when I purchased the bike they just don't want to be bothered with service after the sale.
