On 8-2-10 my 2007 R1200RT had a vibration and sound that indicated I had a problem in my drive train. I stopped at the Mound city exit in Missouri. On Tues. 8-3-10 at 9:30 AM I dropped my RT off at the Omaha BMW motorcycle dealership. I explained I was on a trip of approx. 21 days and this was day three. At approx. 11:30AM they contacted me and advised it was my drive shaft and they would order the new part and have it air freighted in. The next morning at 11:30AM they contacted me and advised they had my motorcycle ready. 26 hours and I was ready to travel. I was ecstatic. I would like like to thank BMW of Omaha for there rapid response to my problem. You guys are great. Thanks, M. Mantel
