It wasn't long after riding the Can-Am Spyder that John Cusack bought his own Spyder.
On August 3, 2009 in Verwood, Dorset, UK, John Cusack finished a riding tour like no other during a visit that brought him back to his roots in Ireland.

The Irish-American actor, who is famous for films including Con Air, Grosse Point Blank, America’s Sweethearts and Being John Malkovich, arrived in Ireland 10 days ago to celebrate his mother’s 80th birthday with family.

The trip was undertaken on the striking Can-Am Spyder roadster - allowing him to take advantage of Ireland’s country roads. Won over by the exhilarating ride and eye-catching three-wheeled form, it wasn’t long before he decided to buy his own Spyder roadster. Cusack purchased a Spyder roadster after being introduced to the three-wheeled vehicle by a friend.

His road tour took him to several areas of Ireland with his family including Dublin, Kenmare and Galway.

“Ireland is a beautiful country and I have been amazed by the history and scenery,” comments Cusack. “The Spyder roadster is best experienced in open countryside and Ireland offered the perfect opportunity."

“The Spyder is all about speed, power, control and freedom. When I bought mine I discovered it was so easy to operate and maneuver and by the end of the day it was like I had been riding for years."

At the beach we would say, Dude, let's get on your bad motor scooter and ride. Then you put your first three fingers in your palm like a fist. Hold your thumb up and your pinky straight out. then slightly bend your arm at the elbow. (that means hang loose.)

Are you hitting on John Cusak here?

These are motorcycles for people who can't ride motorcycles - like trikes! But I still think they're cool and I'd like a chance to ride one...without Cusak.
