Jordan Stays With Suzuki

Jordan Suzukis Aaron Yates.
Jordan Motorsports looks set to be back on Suzukis once again, but with what riders and how many?
We have received word from a reliable source that Michael Jordan Motorsports will be back on Suzukis next year. Nothing official has been announced, but this source confirmed the Suzuki part of the deal has been finalized. As for what’s holding up the official release, the number of riders and who the riders will be is still up in the air.

The source also said that the team’s first choice is to retain the services of Aaron Yates, who has been its number one rider for several years now, and they are close to making a deal as such. But for the second position, there is a chance it will be no one at all. Presumably due to limited support from Suzuki, word is making a second seat available might not be possible.

Last year that seat was filled by Geoff May on a National Guard-sponsored bike. As to whether the Guard will be back this year, or May for that matter, seems unlikely. We will keep you updated as we hear more.

Poor Geoff...........he finally made it to a semi-pro team and now this slow economy stalls his road racing career.
