Captamer71 - YA WTF EVER  January 2, 2011 02:20 AM
Watching the video it is clear they didnt get the idea behind the IRS, which is fine its not for everyone. Just as a corvett isnt, both have IRS... The only downside to the TREX700XX is the shocks, I have owned a raptor and the first year it came out it was HORRIBLE, The 700xx has just came out and has won several desert races.... All my buddies tell me over and over the 700xx is the trail setup. at the dunes i can ride it all day and not be beat down... I dont see how the test riders where cramped, maybe just that time of month? I am 6'2" 185# and i am not cramped on either quad, both are great quads, The 700xx goes 85mph with out gearing change or sprockets or different tires. You couldnt go wrong with either quad, get a raptor just like everyone else and be a follower, or get the 700xx and step out on your own and be prepared to keep the key in you pocket so ur buddies stay off it....

Its big, Its bad, and its fast. I havn't climbed on the yamy yet but this bad boy will take you on a ride. A bigger rear sway and it is right for the trails in Calif. Try it you'll like it. And you can eat any quad on the trail.....

trx 700 sanford nc - trx 700xx A+++++ best atv ever   September 15, 2010 08:59 AM
dude i just bought an 700xx the lil guy will pull the front tires in 5th gear going 65+ down the road just lean back and hit it, positives it revs to the moon, it rides smooth,handles like a f1 car and its just an awesome power plant,. negitives the shocks need more with a simple shock change it made mine to where ill never buy a diff. atv,. i owned the raptor700r for 6 weeks it was awesome but it is tiring for and all day ride + it it slower by about 10-20 mph. mine is stock aside from a shock shange and i have waxed 2 700rs one with a lil motor work ex. port and polish, powercommander chip and tht sorta stuff, to honda i give my hat it is the best atv that i ever rode before

Someone needs to call a doctor, because the TRX is sick, I have one and the topend is ridiculous, you can make this quad handle BETTER than a solid axle quad just by putting a-arms and shocks on the front and re-valving or replacng your rear shocks and installing spacers, there are several swaybars available, but they Do slide easy, you just have to kind ove "throw" it into a slide more than a solid axle quad, I have raced alot of atvs and had no problems beating or being next to them, it will go in the woods with 4x4s or sort/race machines without breaking a sweat. this thing is heavy, but still has bottom end grunt to start it off and then revs to the moon, i for one couldnt be happier with it, go honda !!!

The Irs is just a bad idea for a sport quad.
Jarett - What the TRX700 needs.  March 19, 2010 11:44 AM
Honda HRC needs to release a larger rear sway bar to help eliminate the "hook" you get in a slide. I'm surised noone has developed one yet.
