The charge stemmed from an incident where Stewart was arrested for using red and blue lights bought at flea market to attempt to pull over two off-duty Florida Highway Patrol troopers. After the troopers identified themselves, Stewart fled and was later arrested at the Orlando Airport in the same very same Toyota Tundra used in the crime.
The plead calls for Stewart to perform 75 hours of community service, one year of probation and a $500 fine. Adjudication of guilt was withheld by the judge because he is a first time offender.
