AMA Motocross outdoor season is finally over which marks the close of a long 2010 season, but riders hardly have a break before it all starts again with 2011
AMA Supercross at Anaheim 1. During the off-season, racers are healing up, mentally recharging, signing new contracts and sorting out details on bike and fitness programs. This is the time to build muscle mass that will carry them through a demanding schedule that punishes the body. It’s a time to dial in EFI tuning for maximum acceleration and sort suspension to deliver constant traction and soak up jumps.
