2016 KTM 450 SX-F
The 2016 KTM 450 SX-F has a more compact, lighter engine, has a redesigned Keihin Engine Management System and a new electronic Launch Control for several maps and capable starts. It comes with a new ‘No Dirt’ shift lever for accurate shifting and footpeg for less build up of mud and dirt, while the Damped Diaphragm Steel (DDS) clutch means a lighter basket, reworked inner hub and improved cooling of the clutch. The 2016 KTM 450 SX-F model carries around a lighter and more compact Lithium Ion starter battery. Power has been increased due to the new Flow Design Header (FDH), new linkage system that has been modified, and has a new four chamber closed cartridge fork with updated settings. The 2016 KTM 450 SX-F rides on Dunlop GEOMAX MX32 tires and features the a rubber damping system on the Neken handlebar and ODI lock-on grips.
