Motorcycle-Superstore Sponsors Rapp for 2012

Thursday, April 19, 2012

Motorcycle-Superstore.com has joined the Attack Performance Racing team alongside LeoVince USA and M1 Powesports to support Steve Rapp’s 2012 AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike Series campaign aboard the “Black Ops” machine. Rapp has been racing professionally since 1996 and has a strong history in motorcycle road racing, having won the legendary Daytona 200 in 2007. Rapp had a very solid 2011 season, finishing 2nd in the points standings in the AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Series.

Attack Performance team’s 2012 AMA Pro SuperBike campaign, spearheaded by team owner Richard Stanboli began searching for support to get the team to the tarmac for the opening round at Daytona International Speedway. After securing early support from LeoVince, all of the pieces fell into place, with M1 Powersports and Big Kahuna jumping on-board, and Motorcycle-Superstore.com also pledging their support. With only two weeks to prepare, Rapp opened the season strong finishing in the top 6 in both Daytona races, placing him in 5th place in the AMA Pro SuperBike points standings as the team headed to Road Atlanta.

“Cameron Gray and the M1 Powersports team have done a fantastic job preparing for this event,” says Tim Clark of Motorcycle-Superstore.com, who is now on-site at Road Atlanta. “There are activities spread throughout the facility for both young and old. There’s excitement in the air, and one thing’s for sure, there’s going to be some fantastic racing.”

Steve Rapp and the Attack Performance / Motorcycle-Superstore.com / LeoVince / Big Kahuna Black Ops team are already at Road Atlanta preparing for round two of AMA Pro SuperBike and round one of the Big Kahuna Triple Crown this weekend. The Road Atlanta round is an event that should not be missed, with activities and entertainment for the whole family. Join the racing enthusiasts over at Motorcycle-Superstore.com in their support for this talented privateer racer as he campaigns for the podium throughout the 2012 AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike Series.
